Hi, Can Somone please Help!!! i have a 8 Month Old Border Collie, I bred him My self, I have Mum As well, Both Dogs are On Hill Science Diet Sensitive, Conpleat, The Pups were all Fed on Puppy Hills, But for the last 4 months our pup we Decided on to keep Has Had Itchie Skin, We have Struggled with this, We have Got to the Point that we Had BIOPSIES, but that only Came back saying that our Pup had INFECTIONS UNDER THE sKIN, WE live in new zealand but we are MOVING TO THE UK IN 8 WKS, just wondering if anyone has had anything like this,
I WILL say mum Has Colitise also, and Since she has been on Hills, she has been Great, Wonderfull Shinny Coats, and very well in Genral, for Both myu Border Collies, so yopur Know they have a HIGH ENERGY Leval, Thankyou Julie

Hello,
There are dog skin conditioners that might help. Also, try a shampoo with oatmeal in it. It is gentler than some others. If it persists, you might want to get him checked out for mites.My pit bull had mites and needed a special shampoo. There are also dog wipes that you can use between baths that work well. Check out your local pet store for these. |
